Neuer Monat, neue Musik – 2024 entwickelt sich immer mehr zum Musik Jahr. Neben neuen Alben von Vampire Weekend, Kings of Leon, Twenty One Pilots oder Eminem, gibt es zudem zahlreiche Konzertankündigungen. Neben der Europameisterschaft hat der Sommer also noch mehr zu bieten. Hier folgt ein Recap und der Release Kalender.
Konzerte im März und April
Im März stand endlich das lang ersehnte The 1975 Konzert hier in Berlin an. In 2020 sollte es bereits stattfinden, doch wurde leider wegen der Pandemie abgesagt. Vier Jahre später war es endlich soweit. Matty Healy und co. sind in Berlin in der Mercedes Benz Arena (jetzt Uber Arena) aufgetreten und das lange Warten hat sich gelohnt. Neben Songs vom neuen Album, spielten sie auch viele Hits wie Robbers, Somebody Else, The Sound und mehr.
Der April sollte eigentlich ohne Konzerte bleiben, da ich Karten für Bryson Tiller und Novo Amor leider verpasst hatte. Am 23.4. habe ich mich dann spontan entschieden, auf das Declan McKenna Konzert zu gehen. Es hat sich als gute Entscheidung herausgestellt, denn das Konzert war super.
Doch damit nicht genug, die nächsten Konzerte folgen schon bald – mit Future Islands im Mai und Vince Staples im Juni.
Die besten Alben im März und April
März und April waren in 2024 so voll mit neuen Alben Releases wie viele Jahre schon nicht mehr. Besonders der April hatte einiges zu bieten mit neuen Alben von Vampire Weekend, The Black Keys, Future oder Allan Rayman.
